Lush pasture grass and deep soil with several possible building sites to choose from can be found just off Paauilo Mauka Rd. on Olina Place, in Pohakea lot 13 Subdivision. Olina Place is paved, and the entrance is partially gated, with electric available at the lot.

Venture up to the southern ridgeline to find a view of Mauna Kea. The parcel continues down past a small gulch and up again to another tree line. Haleakala views on the northern horizon can be found from this ridge on a clear day. Please note that the way up to the Ridge is quite steep.
